BIKE STRONG

$75.00

BIKE workouts will start being released on May 11th. There are going to be 8 workouts. I will start with releasing the first 4 and then second 4 a week later.

The workouts will run approximately 30 minutes. I suggest doing 2 a week as a supplement to your biking. There will be a mix of leg, core and upper body. Each person has a different background with lifting and doing strength. There will be exercises that can be done with body weight or you can add weight in a way that you feel comfortable and what you have on hand for equipment. I spend time teaching form and tips for each exercise.

The goal is to give you specific strength and stability in the areas that are loaded and stressed while biking in all forms. There will be some extra core and back stability work that is great for everyone but especially mountain bikers.

The workouts can be done before or after bikes.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

  • Resistance Bands - looped and long

  • Dumbbells/Kettle bells - 10-20 lbs.

  • Step, chair or box you can step on.

  • Mat, sliders

  • Physio ball (optional)
