    This is for someone who is motivated and wants to work on getting better. We will work together as a team - touching on not just the body but also managing recovery, sleep and stress.

  • How often do most patients come to see you?

    Start with an evaluation to assess, treat and make plan.

    The goal is to first manage symptoms and learn more about how the presentation reacts to treatment and home program.

    Then work together to return to normal daily life and start returning to activity. Looking beyond the injured tissue and the whole body.

    Finally creating a long term plan to make the body resilient to goals and activity.

    On average, I see a patient 1x/week for a week or 2 and then spread out visits as needed as continue to learn and strengthen.

    Standard Evaluation - 75 min. $150

    Running Specific Evaluation - 90 min $175

    Out of Towner Evaluation - 120 min $225

    Follow Up Visit - 60 min $130

    Follow up visit package - 4 visits at $110/each

    Virtual Evaluation - 60 min $130

    Virtual Follow Up Visit - 30 min $60

    Dry Needling - 30 min $60

  • How does Virtual PT work?

    The plan is similar with an evaluation and then scheduled follow ups.

    Some manual techniques can be taught to the patient and we review exercises as well as work through them to confirm correct technique and form.

    Online home programs improve success here too!

  • Can I use my insurance?

    Some insurance plans have an ‘Out of Network’ PT policy that is often set up as a reimbursement.

    I provide the paperwork that the patient can send into their insurance company to get reimbursed. I recommend calling your insurance to find out if this is an option.

  • Can i use my HSA or FSA cards?

    Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA cards!

  • Calling all runners!

    All runners who are dealing with an injury will also receive run gait analysis as this is a critical piece of diagnosing and treating run injuries.
