Run coaching can sound daunting or exactly what you are looking for. As an ultra runner and Physical Therapist, I find that all levels of runner or hikers can benefit and learn from coaching. Obviously, the end goal may be very important but the path to get there is what I love to figure out with you.

My philosophy is to work on the whole runner - assess and treat any strength/mobility imbalances, improve gait mechanics, improve efficiency when running flats, ups or downs, make sure the plan fits in with the rest of your priorities in life and try to keep it fun.


  • Training plans based on my own experiences as an athlete and evidence based research - specifically research by Chloe Lanthier and Jack Daniels.

  • Weekly contact - via text, phone or email

  • Weekly Run Program designed on Training Peaks

  • Weekly strength/pre-hab program on True Coach app

  • Strength and Run Assessment/Analysis at the beginning and throughout (virtual or in person)

  • $175/month
