Powder Hour Rehab

(Powder Hour Class+ 3 PT visits)

$450.00 for online PH and $575 for in-person Jackson Powder Hour

A 3 visit package to evaluate and provide additional or more specific exercises to the Powder Hour program OR if you need PT before you start the Powder Hour Program. This is great for someone who has a current injury or if you want to specifically work to prevent a recurring winter injury. 

3 PT visits valued at $450. In person or virtual. 

***In-person - if you select this. I will email you after and let you select which in-person class times are still available. Options are: Wed and Friday am at either 7 am or 8:15 am OR Tues and Thurs at either 6 pm or 7:15 pm.

Powder Hour is being released October 14th and new workouts will drop weekly for 8 weeks. There are 2 45 minute self led workouts that you are encouraged to do weekly.

If you are signing up in September - you will be added to the sign up list and will receive an email at the beginning of October with more details about how to log into the course page when it opens on October 14th.

More details to come but in order to prepare, you will need bands, light weights (or heavy household objects) and can perform these workouts at home successfully.

11 am - 6 pm

Wednesday and Friday 8 am - 3 pm
