POWDER HOUR PLUS
A 16 workout online ski conditioning course, 2 ski specific yoga flows and access to a fun community!
Powder Hour PLUS requires more equipment than the standard class and is slightly more challenging. It is modifiable to all levels.
This is a self led class - you get a video for each workout with demos and explanation of each exercise plus a spreadsheet of workout.
Available all winter.
Course starts the week of October 6th. You can sign up now or anytime this fall or winter.
Once you sign up, you will get onto the sign up list. I will send you an email the week before the class with more details so please look for that.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
Resistance Bands - looped and long
Cable, bungee or long band to pull
BOSU
Dumbbells/Kettle bells - up to 30-50 lbs. or barbells.
Step, chair or box you can step on.
Mat, sliders
