My goal is to help clients recover from injury, manage symptoms, and build strength to match their activity levels, whether they are runners, skiers, or active enthusiasts. I believe maintaining health and fostering a strong, resilient community are essential for everyone to enjoy their active pursuits pain-free. Serving all ages and activity levels through both in-person and virtual visits, I specialize in optimizing running efficiency and strength for runners across New England, as well as supporting skiers nationwide in stepping up their performance and recovering from injury. And you don’t have to be an ‘athlete’ to work with me - anyone who loves to move their body and be active.
